You are not entitled to wages or advantages from the facility or St. John's United while you are going via this program. If you do obtain work with St. John's as a C.N.A. or Senior Sharath immediately complying with the successful completion of the training course, St. John's will refund $400 of your course fees over the program of one year if you are still employed and you remain in good standing.
